- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
a. Custom Products
Since our products are customized (e.g., custom apparel, business cards, menus), they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product received does not match the order specifications (e.g., incorrect design, size, or quantity).
b. Non-Custom Products
If applicable, non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed (for apparel) or unopened (for other items).
- A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
- For defective items, photographic evidence of the defect is required.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
b. Partial Refunds
